Our pizzas are made with homemade dough, fresh sauce, and locally sourced mozzarella, then cooked in a 700-degree wood-fired oven. It’s a fun, delicious, real meal the whole family can enjoy while supporting local farms and artisans.
Each pizza is 12 inches and sold as a whole pie only.
One pizza serves approximately 2–3 adults or 3–4 children.
Ingredients & Sources
We use fresh mozzarella from Uno Alla Volta, made weekly using fresh milk from an Amish farm northeast of Charlotte.
Dough: flour, yeast, kosher salt, organic sugar, organic olive oil
Sauce: organic tomatoes, organic olive oil, basil, oregano, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt

Please note: Each season we apply for county permits for all menus at both locations. The county allows a limited number of approved days and hours, which means we cannot always post menus and hours far in advance. Schedules may occasionally change, and on busy weekends we may sell out.
